Hannah's House is outstanding

Hannahs House, the respite centre at the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust, which has received consistently high praise since it opened in 2006, has just received an outstanding report from Ofsted. The inspectors were enormously impressed when they visited the centre to look at the facilities, building, care, medical needs, activities and well being of the children based on the Every Child Matters framework.

Manager Abi Maxwell and her staff have been celebrating with their young residents who benefit from this excellent care sand support every day. Abi has been working at Dame Hannah's for seventeen years having started on a nine month maternity cover as a carer. Abi said, "We are all delighted with the Ofsted report as everyone works so hard here to give our young people the best possible quality of life".
