Steve Bailey

Head of Care Services

Steve has worked in both the public and private healthcare sector for the past 25years.  His experience of working within adult and children`s services has given him the opportunity to work on a number of innovative projects. "Having worked with some of the greatest people I have ever met and seeing them achieve, even the smallest of goals, is why I love my work".

Steve moved to Devon in 1991 and attended Plymouth University where he studied Political Science, Social Policy and Community Work.  After graduating he lectured in Health and Social Care before joining Dame Hannah`s as a Team Leader.  Steve left Dame Hannah`s to set up and manage an adult provision in the local area and four and a half years later he has returned.
