Bronwen Hewitt

Chief Executive

Bronwen trained in Institutional Management and has spent most of her working life in the catering and education sectors.

Since joining the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust in 1979 Bronwen has seen the charity grow into one of the country`s leading providers of education and care for young people with physical disabilities. She passionately believes that young people and their families deserve to have access to excellent support, advice, education, therapy and care in a warm and friendly environment.

As Chief Executive, Bronwen is responsible for strategic planning, finance, personnel and Estate & Trust management, ensuring that everything that can be done to ensure the best possible delivery of education and care happens.

In recent years Bronwen has developed a love of glass work and is creating quite a name for herself with her jewellery and fused glass design-ware. When not at school she can be found at home designing jewellery or spending time with her husband and two children.
