A caring family environment
Dame Hannah Rogers Trust - Caring for young people with physical disabilities
Physiotherapists, speech & language therapists, occupational therapists, teaching staff, carers and nurses all within a caring, fun, family environment
The Dame Hannah Rogers Trust transforms the lives of young people who have complex physical disabilities and associated learning and communication difficulties. There are also a number of young people who have additional profound difficulties including sensory impairments and complex medical needs.
Dame Hannah Rogers Trust believes the needs of these young people are best met through a multi-disciplinary approach which provides ongoing care, therapy, nursing and education.
Physiotherapists, speech & language therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, carers, teachers and learning support assistants and kitchen staff all work together to provide a truly holistic approach to the education and care of disabled young people. This approach ensures support for their physical and emotional well-being and the development of communication skills, which are so vital to their learning.
Dame Hannah Rogers Trust has developed an exceptional learning environment and is constantly seeking to push the boundaries to improve the education, medical and therapeutic care that our disabled young people receive.
