Welcome to the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust
Dame Hannah Rogers Trust provides education, therapy, care and respite for children and young people with profound physical disabilities
The Dame Hannah Rogers Trust has been transforming young lives for over 220 years and now provides education, therapy and respite care for young people aged 5 - 25 with a range of physical disabilities and associated learning difficulties.
Now officially recognised by Ofsted as a leading provider of education and care for physically disabled children in the UK, the charity is also listed in Ofsted`s 2006 top 32 schools in the UK.
The Dame Hannah Rogers Trust`s school for 5 to 19 years olds, together with the specialist 19+ unit and respite care unit is situated on the edge of Dartmoor National Park in Ivybridge, near Plymouth in Devon.
As a registered charity, the Dame Hannah Rogers Trust can attribute much of its success to the generous support of individuals, businesses and charitable trusts, supporting the life-transforming work of therapists, teachers, learning support assistants, carers and nurses to ensure each child is able to access the caring, learning and communication resources they need to grow and develop.
